Cut squids into one-centimeter thick pieces. Mix refined flour, breadcrumbs, salt, white pepper powder and garlic powder well. Break eggs in a bowl and lightly whisk them. Clean, wash and chop the parsley. Heat sufficient oil in a large frying pan. Deep-fry the chopped parsley. Drain and keep aside. Dip squid pieces in beaten eggs, remove and roll in the flour and breadcrumb mixture. Make sure that the squid pieces are evenly coated and pat away any excess. Deep-fry till golden in colour and crisp. Drain and serve with lemon wedges and fried fresh parsley.
