Heat oil in a non stick pan oil add onions and saute till light brown.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
Add tomatoes and saute till oil surfaces. Add capsicum, corns and let it cook for five minutes.
Add paneer saute for a minute and remove from flame.
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
