By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn , Paneer Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 6 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn Paneer Delight 2 cup Corn blanched 200 grams Paneer cut into ½ inch cubes 2 tablespoons Oil 2 medium Onions chopped 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 medium Tomatoes chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non stick pan oil add onions and saute till light brown. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder and saute for a minute. Add tomatoes and saute till oil surfaces. Add capsicum, corns and let it cook for five minutes. Add paneer saute for a minute and remove from flame.
