Ingredients list for Corn Chips With Cheese Dressing

  • 16-20 Corn Chips
  • Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 medium Onions chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 medium Carrot
  • a few sprigs Fresh parsley

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and sauté. Put cream cheese in a bowl and melt it in a microwave oven for ½ minute.
  2. Add salt and pepper powder to the onions and mix and sauté till lightly coloured.
  3. Take carrot and cut into thin diagonal slices. Put the slices in a dish and sprinkle a little salt to soften them slightly.
  4. Add onions to the cream cheese and mix well. Arrange the chips on a serving platter.
  5. Dip a carrot slice in the cheese dip and place on a chip. Repeat this with the other chips too.
  6. Garnish with small pieces of parsley and serve immediately.
