Ingredients for Corn And Pomegranate Parcel Recipe

  • Corn kernels boiled 1 1/2 cups

  • Pomegranate Kernels (anar) 3 tablespoons

  • Onion 2 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves 3 tablespoons

  • Butter 3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the onions into slightly big cubes.

Step 2

Put the onions into a bowl, add corn, pomegranate pearls, salt, chilli flakes, chaat masala and lemon juice.

Step 3

Chop coriander leaves finely and add and mix well. Cut the foil paper into squares. Apply a little butter in the middle.

Step 4

Place the corn mixture over and fold the foil to make a parcel.

Step 5

Bake these parcels in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve in the foil itself.
