By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Nov 2015 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Sweet corn kernels, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn And Cheese Balls 1 1/2 cups Sweet corn kernels boiled 2 cups Processed cheese grated 2 medium Potatoes boiled and grated 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida) to deep fry Oil Method Mash the corn slightly. Place in a deep bowl and mix in cheese, potatoes, ginger, chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cornflour and maida. Shape into small bite sized balls and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
