Ingredients for Cold Watermelon Soup Recipe

  • Watermelon seeded and cut into small pieces 1 medium

  • Ginger roughly chopped 2 inch

  • Fresh coriander stems 4-5

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh mint (pudina) for garnish a few sprigs

Method

Step 1

Place watermelon pieces, ginger, coriander stems, cumin powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender jar and blend till smooth. Strain into a jug and chill in the refrigerator. Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
