Ingredients for Coconut Lassi Recipe

  • Tender coconut 1

  • Yogurt 3 cups

  • Malai of 1 tender coconut 1

  • Sugar 1/4 cup

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Few drops of rose water

  • Ice as required


Step 1

Slice top part of the coconut and pour its water into a mixer jar. Scoop the malai and add to the jar. Reserve the coconut shell.

Step 2

Add yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, rose water and ice to the mixer jar and blend into a lassi.

Step 3

Pour lassi into tall glasses and the reserved coconut shell.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
