Ingredients list for Claypot Drunken Fish
- 600 grams Fish cut into ½ inch thick slices
- 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 8-10 cloves Garlic chopped
- 3 cups Fish stock
- to taste Salt
- 5-6 Black peppercorns crushed
Method
- Take claypot with lid of appropriate size, wash and keep aside for drying. Combine ginger, garlic with fish stock in the claypot and cook, covered on Microwave HIGH (100%) for three minutes.
- Add salt, peppercorns, sugar, soy sauce, white wine, spring onions along with the greens and fish to the above mixture, cover and cook on Microwave HIGH (100%) for ten minutes. Let it stand for five minutes. Serve hot.
