Heat a sizzler plate. Cut spring onion greens into ½ inch pieces.
Slice spring onion bulb and onion. Roughly chop garlic and red capsicum and put in a mixer jar.
Add 2 tbsps lemon juice and salt and grind coarsely. Transfer into a bowl.
Add prawns and mix well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and spring onion bulb and sauté till translucent.
Add prawns along with the marinade and stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Keep the sizzler plate on the wooden base. Put the spring onion greens on it.
Add the remaining lemon juice and salt to prawns and mix.
Put prawns over the spring onion greens on the sizzler plate.
Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
