Ingredients for Citrus Glazed Carrots Recipe

  • Pineapple-orange juice 2 cups

  • Carrots peeled 3 medium

  • Salt a pinch

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Butter 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Parsley a few sprigs


Step 1

Cut carrots into ¼ inch thick round slices and put them into a non stick pan.Add pineapple-orange juice and cook.

Step 2

Add salt and pepper powder and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add butter and mix. Chop curly parsley and add. Mix well and serve.
