Line a baking tray with butter paper. Sieve together the icing sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl. Mix well. Cream the egg whites and castor sugar in another bowl with a hand blender. Fold in the cocoa powder mixture, little by little, in the egg mixture and mix well. Put the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and seal. Pipe out small meringues on the lined baking tray and pat the peaks with your finger. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
