Ingredients for Chocolate Coated Mango Recipe

  • Mangoes 2

  • Dark chocolate chopped 200 grams

Method

Step 1

Melt chocolate in the microwave oven. Peel mangoes.

Step 2

Cut slices from either side of the seed. Take the chocolate out of the oven and whisk well.

Step 3

Keep a silicon sheet on a refrigerator shelf.

Step 4

Keep the mango pieces flat on a work top and make slits vertically at an even distance but keep them joined at one end.

Step 5

Arrange the slices on the silicon sheet and press lightly to spread out like a fan.

Step 6

Pour the melted chocolate over them and spread gently to cover the entire surface.

Step 7

Pat the tray gently and keep it in the refrigerator to set completely.

Step 8

Serve chilled.
