Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Bites Recipe

  • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup

  • Cashewnuts 1 cup

  • Raisins 2 tablespoons

  • Maple syrup 3 tablespoons

  • Oats 3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Combine oats and cashewnuts in a grinder jar. Grind into a coarse powder.

Step 2

Add raisins and grind again. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

Step 3

Add maple syrup and chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 4

Spread cocoa powder on a plate.

Step 5

Divide the oats-cashewnuts mixture into equal portions and shape them into small balls. Coat some of the balls in the cocoa powder and let some of the balls remain as they are.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
