Add sufficient water and knead to soft dough. Cover and keep aside. Heat half of the oil in a non stick pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and sauté for a minute.Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onions, mushrooms and toss. Cook for three to four minutes. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, MSG and mix. Allow the mixture to cool.Divide both the dough and stuffing into eight equal portions. Stuff a portion of stuffing in a portion of dough and roll out into thick parantha.Heat a non stick tawa. Put the prepared parantha. Roast on medium flame till golden brown.
