Ingredients list for Chicken in Sauce
- 500 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 Green cardamoms
- 3 medium Onion roughly chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onions, cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger paste and onion paste.
Sauté for six to eight minutes. Add chicken, sauté for four to five minutes. - Add green chillies, tomato sauce, salt and sauté till chicken is completely cooked.
- Serve hot with bread or parantha.
