Chicken and Spring Onion Canape

Ingredients

  • Chicken boiled and shredded1 cup

  • Spring onion finely chopped2 cup

  • Canape cups 12

  • Green chillies chopped 3

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Tomato ketchup for garnish 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Mix together the chicken, green chillies, coriander leaves and tomato ketchup in a bowl.

Step 2

Add the spring onions and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Fill the canapes with the mixture. Serve immediately, garnished with coriander leaves and a dot of tomato ketchup.
