Heat a non-stick pan and add garlic, onions, carrots and potatoes and roast for four to five minutes on high heat.
Add whole-wheat flour to the vegetables and roast for a minute. Add chicken pieces, salt and cook for three to four minutes. Add stock and bring it to a boil.
Add half of the pepper powder. Cover and cook for three to four minutes. Uncover, add French beans, mix and cook for a minute.
Add milk and remaining pepper powder. Cover and cook on medium heat for seven to eight minutes.
