Ingredients list for Chicken Satay - Grill Pan
- 4 Chicken skinned
- Lemon Grass
- 2 stalk Lemon grass
Method
- Cut each chicken breast into half-inch broad strips and flatten lightly. Grind together lemon grass, shallots, garlic, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add salt and mix well.
- Mix in the chicken and set aside to marinate for one hour. Thread chicken onto the wooden skewers. Heat the Grill Pan, grease it lightly with a few drops of oil and place a few skewers with the chicken in it.
- Cook on high heat, turning frequently, for three to four minutes, or till just cooked. Serve immediately with peanut sauce.
