By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Pasta Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Paprikash 450 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes to serve Pasta bow-tie, boiled 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 2 medium Onions chopped 1½ teaspoons Red chilli flakes 1 cup capsicum mixed, diced to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 cup Tomato puree ¼ cup Chicken stock for garnish Sour cream Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add onions, mix and sauté for a minute. Add chili flakes and mix well. Add coloured capsicums, mix and sauté for a minute. Add chicken, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add crushed peppercorns and salt and mix well. Add tomato puree, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, mix well and simmer till the chicken is fully cooked. Place pasta in a large serving platter. Top with the chicken mixture, garnish with a dollop of sour cream and mint sprig.
