By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Mince, Eggs Cuisine Middle Eastern Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chelo Kabab 500 grams Chicken Mince 1 cup Eggs paste 3 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 2 tablespoons Red chilli paste 4 Green chillies chopped 2 Eggs 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to taste Salt 100 grams Butter Method In a bowl mix together, chicken mince, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and cumin powder. Mix well. Add red chilli paste, 1 egg, refined flour, chopped chillies and salt. Mix well to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape to form small kebabs. Heat butter on a non stick grill pan, shallow fry the kebabs on both side till golden brown.
