Preheat oven to 180°C/ 360°F. Chop onion. Blanch broccoli florets and put them in a blender jar.
Break one egg and add with salt, pepper powder and nutmeg and grind to a puree.
Transfer the puree into a bowl. Add egg yolk, onion and cream and mix.
Pour water into a baking tray and heat. Grease silicon moulds and pour the broccoli mixture into them taking care not to fill up to the rim.
Place the silicon cups in the baking tray and keep it in the preheated oven.
Steam in the preheated oven till done. Demould and serve.
