Broccoli, Aloo And Tofu Ki Sabzi

  • Broccoli 10-12 florets

  • Potatoes boiled and cut into small cubes2 medium

  • Tofu cut into small cubes100 grams

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Coriander seeds crushed1 teaspoon

  • Onions sliced2 medium

  • Garlic sliced2-3

  • Ginger cut into thin strips1 inch piece

  • Salt to taste

  • Green chilli sliced diagonally1

  • Tomato sliced1


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté.

Step 2

Add coriander seeds and continue to sauté till fragrant. Add onions and continue to sauté. Add garlic and ginger and sauté till lightly browned. Add broccoli and salt and stir.

Step 3

Sprinkle a little water, cover and cook. Add green chilli and cook till the broccoli is slightly cooked. Add tofu (beancurd) cubes and toss. Add potatoes and toss everything well. Add tomato and toss.

Step 4

Cook for a minute or two and serve hot.
