Ingredients for Breakfast Roll Recipe

  • Tortillas 4

  • Silken Beancurd (tofu)

  • Olive oil 2 teaspoons

  • Onions chopped 2 medium

  • Tomato puree 10 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Red chilli sauce 3 teaspoons

  • Silken beancurd (tofu) grated 1 cup

  • Green capsicums cut into strips 2 medium

  • Fresh parsley chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Grated cheese as required

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in non stick pan. Add onion and sauté till soft.

Step 2

Add tomato puree, salt, pepper powder and chilli sauce. Mix well and add bean curd.

Step 3

Mix again and add capsicum. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add parsley and mix well. Place tortillas on worktop.

Step 5

Put bean curd mixture on one end, sprinkle little cheese on top and roll them.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
