Ingredients for Boorani Raita Recipe

  • Cucumber peeled and grated 2 medium

  • Thick Yogurt 2 cups

  • Oil 1 teaspoon

  • Walnuts broken 15-20

  • Black raisins 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add walnuts and sultanas and sauté. Mix together cucumbers and yogurt in a bowl.

Step 2

Then add walnuts, sultanas, garlic paste and salt and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
