Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 cups thick yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 15-20 walnuts, broken
  • 2 tablespoons black raisins
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add walnuts and sultanas and sauté. Mix together cucumbers and yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Then add walnuts, black raisins, garlic paste and salt and mix well.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
