Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
 - 2 cups thick yogurt
 - 1 teaspoon oil
 - 15-20 walnuts, broken
 - 2 tablespoons black raisins
 - 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and grated
 - Salt to taste
 - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add walnuts and sultanas and sauté. Mix together cucumbers and yogurt in a bowl.
 - Then add walnuts, black raisins, garlic paste and salt and mix well.
 - Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
