Ingredients for Bhindi Aur Oats Sabji Recipe

  • Ladyfingers diagonally sliced 250 grams

  • Oats 2 tablespoons

  • Oil 2-3 tablespoons

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 10-12

  • Onion roughly chopped 1 medium

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Amchur powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant.

Step 2

Add curry leaves, onion and sauté lightly. Add bhindi and mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur, salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Add oats and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer onto a serving bowl and serve hot.
