Mix gram flour, half of the red chilli powder, cumin seeds, green chilli, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder and amchur in a bowl. Add sufficient water and mix into a thick and smooth batter.
Add salt and remaining red chilli powder to the beaten eggs and mix well. Heat two teaspoons oil in non stick pan, add onion and sauté till lightly browned. Add tomato and cook till soft.
Add eggs and cook, stirring, till the eggs are well scrambled and almost dry. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, pour a ladleful of gram flour batter and spread it like a round pancake.
When the underside is done, turn over and cook till both sides are evenly cooked. Spread some of the egg mixture over it and gently roll up. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup. Make more rolls in a similar way.
