Ingredients for Batata Bhaji

  • Potatoes,peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes 6-7 medium

  • Oil 3 tablespoons

  • Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon

  • Curry leaves 10

  • Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal) 2 tablespoons

  • Dried red chillies,broken 2

  • Onion, sliced 1 medium

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Scraped coconut 1/2 cup

  • Fresh coriander leaves,finely chopped a few spri

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a non stick pan, add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
