Ingredients for Baked Vanilla Yogurt Recipe

  • Yogurt 200 grams

  • Condensed milk 200 grams

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

  • Red currant jam as required


Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C/ 400°F. Whisk together yogurt and condensed milk.

Step 2

Add cream and whisk again.

Step 3

Place shot glasses in a baking tray.

Step 4

Fill them upto ¾ with the yogurt mixture. Drop a dollop of red currant jam into each glass.

Step 5

Keep the tray in the preheated oven and pour some water in it. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Cool down to room temperature and then chill in a refrigerator. Serve chilled.
