Core apples and peel the skin of only half of each apple. Preheat oven to 180°C. Make a stuffing of walnuts, sultanas and cinnamon powder and you can add a little sugar or equal. Stuff the apples with the stuffing and press.
In a baking dish, place the apples and pour the apple puree over it. Add the remaining stuffing and bake the apples in the preheated oven at 180°C. Let it bake for thirty to forty minutes. Serve warm.
