Baked Chicken By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Ginger Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course-Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Baked Chicken 1 medium Chicken cut into medium pieces 1 inch Ginger peeled 10-15 Garlic cloves 4-5 Green chillies 10-15 Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves 10-12 Fresh spinach leaves 2 medium Onions finely chopped 1/2 cup Yogurt thick 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder Juice of ½ lemon to taste Salt for garnishing Onion rings Method Preheat oven at 180º C. Grind together ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander, mint, fenugreek, spinach, onions and yogurt till smooth. Transfer into a bowl. Add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Place marinate chicken on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes. Drizzle lemon juice.
