Ingredients list for Apple Soya Shake

  • 3 Apple
  • 2 cups Soya milk
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tsp + for sprinkling Cinnamon powder
  • as required Ice cubes
  • for garnish Apple slices

Method

  1. Core the apples and cut into small cubes.
  2. Place the apple cubes, sugar, one teaspoon cinnamon powder, soya milk and ice cubes in a blender jar. Blend well.
  3. Pour the drink into individual glasses, sprinkle some cinnamon powder and garnish with apple slices.
  4. Serve chilled.
