Ingredients for Aloo Pyaaz Cheese Grilled Sandwich Recipe

  • Potatoes boiled, peeled and sliced 2 large

  • White bread slices cut into rings 2 medium

  • Processed cheese 8 tablespoons

  • White bread slices 8

  • Butter as required

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

  • Red chilli powder to sprinkle

  • Vada pav chutney dry 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Apply butter on four bread slices. Arrange potato slices and onion rings on each. Sprinkle two tablespoons of grated cheese, salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder on each.

Step 2

Cover with remaining bread slices. Apply some more butter on them and toast in a sandwich toaster till evenly done on both sides.

Step 3

Sprinkle half tablespoon dry vada pav chutney on each sandwich and serve hot.
