Ingredients list for Aloo Pyaaz Cheese Grilled Sandwich
- 2 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium White onions cut into rings
- 8 tablespoons Processed cheese, grated
- 8 White bread slices
- as required Butter
- to taste Salt
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
- to sprinkle Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Vada pav chutney dry
Method
- Apply butter on four bread slices. Arrange potato slices and onion rings on each. Sprinkle two tablespoons of grated cheese, salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder on each.
- Cover with remaining bread slices. Apply some more butter on them and toast in a sandwich toaster till evenly done on both sides.
- Sprinkle half tablespoon dry vada pav chutney on each sandwich and serve hot.
