Ingredients list for Aliv Laddoo

  • 200 grams Alvi
  • 2 Coconut scraped
  • 400 grams Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee

Method

  1. Mix aliv and coconut well together. Place jaggery in a pan and pour water just enough to cover the jaggery. Cook on low heat till jaggery melts completely. Add ghee and mix well.
  2. Add aliv and coconut. Remove from heat. Mix well. While mixture is still warm, roll it into equal sized laddus.
  3. Cool and store in an airtight container.
