Ingredients list for Yarchi Chops
- 700 grams Mutton Chops
- 1/4 cup Green Chillies
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- For masala
- 3 Cloves
- 2 inch stick Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 6 Green chillies roughly chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Method
- Grind all the masala ingredients until smooth and marinade the mutton chops with this for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, add mutton chops and salt and cook for five minutes.
- Add six cups of water and pressure cook for eight whistles on medium heat or till done
- Take it off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
