By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton Chops, Green Chillies Cuisine Karnataka Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Yarchi Chops 700 grams Mutton Chops 1/4 cup Green Chillies to taste Salt 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped For masala 3 Cloves 2 inch stick Cinnamon 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 6 Green chillies roughly chopped 6 cloves Garlic roughly chopped 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger roughly chopped 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves roughly chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder Method Grind all the masala ingredients until smooth and marinade the mutton chops with this for an hour in the refrigerator. Heat oil in pressure cooker, add mutton chops and salt and cook for five minutes. Add six cups of water and pressure cook for eight whistles on medium heat or till done Take it off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
