Ingredients list for Wholemeal Bread
- 425 grams Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tablespoon Wheat Bran
- 275 millilitres Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, gluten, whaet bran, butter milk, baking soda, brown sugar, salt, oil and sufficient water and knead a soft dough.
Put the dough in a greased mould and bake for twenty minutes.
