Ingredients for Wheatamin Recipe

  • Broken wheat soaked 4 tablespoons

  • Skimmed milk 500 millilitres

  • Bananas 2 medium

Method

Step 1

Blend together broken wheat, skimmed milk and bananas to a smooth puree.

Step 2

Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
