Mix together wasabi sauce, refined flour, salt, pepper powder, ginger paste, sugar, lemon juice and one tablespoon water and mix. Cut the paneer into thick fingers and add them to the wasabi mixture and mix so that they are well coated. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
Place the sesame seeds in a plate. Roll the paneer fingers in the sesame seeds. Pierce toothpicks at one end of the paneer fingers and place them in the pan. Fry, turning the fingers frequently so that they are cooked all four sides to an even golden brown. Serve hot.
