1. Place yogurt in a bowl, add gram flour, a pinch of turmeric powder, salt, green chillies, 2 cups water and whisk it and keep it aside. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a deep non stick pan. Add garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and saute till fragrant.
2. Add carrot, beans, cauliflower florets, curry leaves, green peas, onions and mix well.Add a pinch turmeric powder, salt, dried fenugreek leaves and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomato and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add yogurt mixture and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese and coriander leaves and mix well. Let it come to a boil. Serve hot.
