Wash and soak the rice in sufficient water for half an hour. Drain and keep aside.
Wash, peel and chop tomatoes. Wash, string and chop French beans into long pieces.
Wash and drain cauliflower and peas. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, black cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
Once they crackle, add chopped tomatoes, peas, cauliflower, beans and salt.
Add rice to the vegetables. Add one and a half cups of water, cover and cook till done. Serve with yogurt.
