Drain and keep aside. Wash, peel and chop tomatoes. Wash, string and chop French beans into long pieces. Wash and drain cauliflower and peas. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, black cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves. Once they crackle, add chopped tomatoes, peas, cauliflower, beans and salt. Add rice to the vegetables. Add one and a half cups of water, cover and cook till done. Serve with yogurt.
