Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli powder and garlic. Saute till lightly browned
Add onion, mix well and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree, mix and cook, stirring continuously, till the sauce thickens.
Add salt and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add pasta and mix again.
Add oregano and red chilli flakes. Mix well and cook for half minute.
Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle cheese and serve hot.
