Add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add onions and sauté till they are lightly browned. Add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala stir for a minute. Add leftover bhaji, green peas, capsicum pieces and salt. Add leftover rice, mix well and cook till dry, stirring continuously.
