Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2-3 white bread slices, crust removed and soaked
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
- Squeeze excess water from bread slices.
- Blend together walnuts, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and bread slices to a smooth paste. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and blend again.
- Serve chilled.
