Ingredients list for Sweet Tamarind Raita

  • 2 cups Yogurt whisked
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Mint chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 8 Papdi
  • 2 teaspoons Boondi
  • 1 medium Potato boiled and chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together yogurt, mint paste, tamarind paste, chaat masala, cumin powder, green chilli and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add crushed papdi, boondi, and potato. Mix and serve.
