Ingredients 

  • 2 cups yogurt whisked
  • 2 teaspoons sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 teaspoon mint chutney
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 papdi
  • 2 teaspoons boondi
  • 1 medium potato boiled and chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together yogurt, mint paste, tamarind paste, chaat masala, cumin powder, green chilli and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add crushed papdi, boondi, and potato. Mix and serve.
