Ingredients list for Suva Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breast halved horizontally and sliced diagonally
  • 1 cup Dill Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Green chilli sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds (safed til)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 medium Green capsicum
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Place chicken slices in a bowl, add green chilli sauce and rub well. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes to marinate.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and white sesame seeds and sauté till golden.
  3. Cube onion and green capsicum, add to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook on high heat, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes. Add dill leaves and salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
