Take squid rings in a bowl, sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add the squid rings, green chillies and mixed capsicums and toss on high heat. Add a little salt and lemon juice and toss again. Add butter and toss till the butter melts.
