This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer, Red Chilli Paste Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Paneer Fritters 225 grams Paneer grated 2 tablespoons Red Chilli Paste 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 cloves Garlic grated 1 inch piece Ginger grated 1 Spring onion bulb finely chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste 2 stalks Spring onion greens chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves Method Place paneer in a bowl. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add onion and salt and saute till onion softens. Add flour and continue to sautefor some time. Transfer this mixture into the bowl with paneer. Add red chilli paste, spring onion greens, coriander leaves and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a round cake.Dust them with a little flour, brush with a little oil. Keep them on the net in the air fryer and fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
