Place paneer in a bowl. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add onion and salt and saute till onion softens.
Add flour and continue to sautefor some time. Transfer this mixture into the bowl with paneer. Add red chilli paste, spring onion greens, coriander leaves and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a round cake.Dust them with a little flour, brush with a little oil. Keep them on the net in the air fryer and fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.Serve hot.
