Mix it well and knead into stiff dough with water. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for fifteen minutes. Knead again, divide into four equal portions and roll into balls. In a bowl mix rice flour and one fourth cup of ghee well. Roll out each dough ball into a thin disc. Apply rice flour paste all over. Roll up tightly and rest. Cut into small pieces. Press each lightly or roll with a rolling pin to make small one inch diameter puris. Rest for about an hour.
