Cut tomatoes into thick roundels. Finely chop onions and green capsicums and mix the two keeping aside a few pieces of capsicum for garnish.
Heat a non stick tawa. Pour half a ladle of batter onto it and spread into a thick uttappam. Make 4 such uttappams at a time.
Sprinkle a little onion-capsicum mixture on each.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, add the chicken salami and cook till all the moisture dries up.
Drizzle a little oil around the uttappams. Keep a salami on each uttappam, top with cheese. Keep a tomato roundel over the cheese and cook till the underside is golden.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper powder over the tomato, place a piece of capsicum on one side and serve immediately.
