Ingredients list for Sabz Bahar Arhar Dal
- 20 Split Pigeon Pea
- 1 tablespoon Cauliflower
- 2 stalks Spring onion greens,chopped
- 1 Fresh red chilli , cut into flower
- For marinade
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til),toasted
- 2 teaspoons Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger,grated
- 12-14 Garlic,chopped
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Clove powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder (deghi mirch)
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil (til oil)
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- FOR SAUCE
- as required Chilli hoisin sauce
Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and marinate chicken wings in it for fifteen to twenty minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C.
