Rose Sandesh Recipe - How to make Rose Sandesh


Prep Time : 26-30 minutes

Cook time : 16-20 minutes

  • Cow’s milk 2 litres

  • Rose water a few drops

  • Whey (to curdle milk) 1 cup

  • Sugar substitute sucralose 1 cup

  • Pistachios blanched15-20


Step 1

Take cow’s milk in a deep pan and bring it to a boil.

Step 2

Reduce heat, add whey and keep stirring till the milk curdles completely.

Step 3

Strain through a muslin cloth and immediately place the muslin potli on ice to stop the cooking process.

Step 4

Squeeze to remove the excess moisture.
